These terms cover the Bweb Agents website and services offered by Bweb Solutions LLC, a United States company. By using this website, you agree to these terms. A separately accepted service agreement or order governs any paid services and takes precedence where its terms conflict.
Availability and accounts
The public website provides information about our platform. New registrations are currently closed. Feature descriptions do not guarantee that every capability is available in every deployment. An account does not itself create a workspace or an entitlement to paid services.
You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for any organization you represent. Keep account credentials and recovery codes secure, provide accurate information and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
Subscriptions and usage
Published prices are indicative amounts in U.S. dollars. Platform subscriptions, model usage, additional storage, dedicated infrastructure and third-party fees may be charged separately. Any paid order must disclose its price, billing frequency, allowances, renewal, cancellation and refund terms before acceptance. These website terms do not authorize a charge or automatic renewal.
Your data and agent configuration
You retain your rights in content you supply. You authorize us to process that content as needed to provide, secure and support the services you request. You are responsible for having permission to use connected data and systems, configuring access and retention, and giving appropriate notices to people interacting with your agents.
AI outputs and approvals
AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for a particular purpose. Review outputs and proposed actions before relying on them. Use appropriate human oversight for consequential decisions. We do not promise a particular business result or that an agent will always follow instructions correctly.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful activity, fraud, harassment, unauthorized access, infringement, malware or attempts to evade tenant isolation, usage controls or security protections. Do not upload information you lack permission to process. We may restrict access to address abuse, security threats or legal obligations.
Third-party services
Model providers, storage services, CRMs and other integrations have their own terms and privacy practices. Connecting a service may send information to that provider. You are responsible for your third-party accounts and charges; availability can depend on those providers.
Website content and intellectual property
Bweb Solutions and its licensors retain rights to the platform, branding and website materials. You may use the site to evaluate our services. These terms do not transfer ownership of our software or grant rights to third-party trademarks.
Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Service commitments, warranties and liability terms for paid deployments are set out in the applicable agreement. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Bweb Solutions LLC operates from the United States. Applicable U.S. law and any mandatory protections in your jurisdiction apply. A paid service agreement may specify governing law and dispute procedures. These website terms do not require arbitration or waive mandatory consumer rights.
