Bweb Agents brings business knowledge, instructions, tools and deployment into one management platform. This public site is the starting point for your organization account.
1. Plan your organization
Choose a first use case and the people who will manage it. New registrations are currently closed. Contact our team to discuss availability and your rollout. Organization billing and customer workspace data are managed separately.
2. Choose your platform and AI options
Compare platform plans and decide whether to use managed AI credits or your own model provider. Platform subscriptions, model usage and additional storage are distinct costs. Confirm pricing and availability with our team before ordering.
3. Prepare your environment
Plan production and sandbox workspaces, team permissions and storage. Our team will confirm your hosting and provisioning arrangements before access is enabled. Creating an account alone does not activate a workspace.
4. Ground your first agent
Once your workspace is ready, create an agent, attach published knowledge and choose a model provider. Use a narrow first task and test it against real questions before expanding its role.
5. Connect tools deliberately
Add the tools or MCP services the agent needs, grant access and configure approval requirements. Set resource paths and credentials in the environment where the agent runs.
6. Deploy, observe and improve
Start with a website chat or internal portal. Review conversations, actions, token usage and response times, then adjust knowledge and instructions based on the results.
