Your platform subscription pays for agent management. AI credit pays for managed model usage. With your own API key, model usage is billed directly by your provider.

Dedicated inference is quoted separately by capacity. Model availability and usage rates depend on your deployment and selected providers.

Platform subscriptions and AI credits are separate. Choose an optional monthly AI package or buy one-time top-ups. With your own key, your provider bills you directly. Third-party service fees are separate. Taxes, when applicable, are shown at checkout. Dedicated infrastructure is quoted separately.

A FEW THINGS TO KNOW

Before you get started.

Is this only for customer support?+

No. The platform supports internal knowledge, sales engagement, document workflows and application actions alongside customer support. Start with the use case that matters to your business.

Do I need to use a particular AI model?+

You can configure the model providers your agents use, including supported hosted providers and local Ollama models. With your own key, provider usage is billed directly by your chosen provider. Bweb-managed usage will draw from your AI credit wallet.

Can I manage or cancel my subscription?+

Billing management is available for activated subscriptions through the account billing portal. Before subscribing, review the pricing, renewal and cancellation terms presented with your order.

Is my workspace created as soon as I register?+

No. Account access and workspace activation are separate. Our team confirms your subscription, hosting and provisioning arrangements before your workspace is ready. New registrations are currently closed.

Can agents take actions without asking?+

Capabilities depend on your configuration and access policies. The current action workflow supports explicit grants, previews and approval. Connecting a tool does not automatically give every agent permission to use it.
